Free delivery: terms

Launch offer. Free delivery in Greater Accra on orders from GH₵ 500 until 31 December 2026.

1. 1MakolaHub delivers your order free of charge when all of the following apply: the delivery address is in the Greater Accra Region; the goods on the order come to GH₵ 500 or more; and the whole order fits in one Yango Delivery or Bolt cargo vehicle booked by MakolaHub.
2. 2MakolaHub books the vehicle and pays for it. The supplier has the goods ready at their premises on the quoted date; our driver collects and delivers to your address. One delivery per order.
3. 3Orders too large or too heavy for a Yango or Bolt cargo vehicle (about 700 kg; for example full truckloads of cement, blocks or steel, or items longer than the vehicle can carry) are delivered by the supplier's own truck or a haulier. For those orders the supplier's delivery charge appears as a separate line on your quote, and you see it before you pay. MakolaHub does not pay or subsidise that charge.
4. 4The supplier gives the approximate weight of the order on their quote. If the vehicle MakolaHub books arrives and cannot take the order, the wasted booking is charged to the supplier, not to you, and the desk arranges the delivery again.
5. 5Where the supplier chooses to deliver with their own vehicle on an order that would have qualified, their delivery charge is on the quote and you pay it; you may ask the desk for a MakolaHub-booked delivery instead.
6. 6The offer covers delivery only. It does not cover unloading labour, waiting time beyond the driver's standard allowance, or redelivery when nobody is available to receive the goods. These are charged at cost.
7. 7The offer runs until 31 December 2026 for orders paid by that date. MakolaHub may change or end it earlier with notice on makolahub.com; orders already paid keep the terms they were paid under.
8. 8Delivery outside Greater Accra, and any order under GH₵ 500, is quoted to you with the supplier's price before you pay.
